Mini SAS, SAS, and SATA Cables:
TCS offers many different configurations of the SAS cables like the Mini SAS (iSAS). The Mini SAS connector (SFF-8088) is the newest generation of Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) cables. Our Mini SAS cables are made to the SAS 3.0 standard (6G). We can mix and match the following connector styles for host and target configurations. Custom cables also available.

CX4 Cables:
TCS CX4 cables are designed for 10G Ethernet and are backwards compatible with Infiniband. TCS CX4 cables are assembled with premium 100 ohm, Madison 8 pair cable, and are available in lengths up to 15 meters. Standard connector type is the “pull” ejector style latch used for Infiniband SFF-8470. Configurations with side squeeze latches or thumbscrews are also available.

QSFP Cables:
TCS QSFP cables supports Infiniband, QDR, DDR, CX4, Fiber Channel and SAS applications. The QSFP cables are fully MSA compliant and are rated for up to 10Gb/s transfer rate per channel (40Gb/s aggregate). The QSFP is a cost effective solution when compared to optical interfaces and also uses less power. Two other popular options to have terminated on the other side of a QSFP cables are:

SFP+ 10G Copper Loopbacks:
The TCS SFP+ Electrical Loopback is designed specifically for Test lab environment. The SFP+ Loopback Adapter Module provides a MSA standard 2-wire serial communication interface to digital diagnostics (DDMI) and has a preprogrammed EEPROM. In many cases test engineers are purchasing an optical/copper SFP+ and then an external Loopback cable. This type of a solution is expensive and now not the only choice. The TCS SFP+ Loopback Tester will typically be 60-80% less expensive. The pull tab is also designed for easy disconnection in high density configurations.

SFP+ Loopback


SFP+ Copper Cables:
TCS SFP+ cables have many of the same features as the SFP+ loopback like DDMI and has a preprogrammed EEPROM. We use the highest quality Madison cable and every cable are designed for 10G data. Using a SFP+ cable reduces the cost when compared to 2 Optical SFP+ transceivers and a fiber cable by up to 80%. The pull tab is also designed for easy disconnection in high density configurations.

Copper Patch Panels are an essential part of any data communication install. TCS has brought to the market a high performance, reliable, scalable, and standards compliant solution. Our patch panels us heavy gage metal that gives your customers the feeling and reassurance of a higher quality product. The punch downs have been tested by countless installers for feel and reliability. The copper connections are grouped together as six packs that match many well know names in the industry. CAT3, CAT5e, and CAT6 Keystone Jacks:
Keystone jacks provide an installer with a quick and easy way to network office building, cubicles, or even homes. Our jacks are UL listed, labeled for T568A and T568B wiring options, have a 110 type punch down, and have phosphor bronze terminations. Customers love the solid, crisp punch down of the TCS keystone jack. Our keystone jacks come in the following colors and speeds:

Surface Mount Boxes: (Keystone Jack Style):
Easily mount our surface mount boxes on walls, floors, and office furniture by using screws or double-sided tape. You can fit any standard keystone jacks or voice jacks. The shutter over the front keeps debris from entering an unused jack or an empty slot. TCS currently offer 2 port surface mount boxes in both white and ivory.

Faceplates for Keystone Jacks:
Even with our faceplates we paid attention to the details. All face plates have a smooth finished and the screws are painted to match the plate. Our faceplates adhere to the keystone standard, thus can handle most manufactures keystone jacks. We stock the following:

Ivory: 1,2,3,4, and 6 port

Copper Patch Cables:
Your network is only as strong as your weakest link. Too many people under estimate how important copper patch cables are to the entire network and with this in mind TCS builds the cables to the highest standards. All RJ45 terminations are gold plated to keep corrosion from happening and to guarantee a high quality connection. We stock cables with both molded booted and non-boot styles (assembly style). The CAT5e cables are rated for 350MHz and the CAT6 550MHz. We stock the following colors and lengths:
